How long does it take to form a Cyprus company?

What does company formation actually cost?

Our fixed fee starts at €2,500 and covers the Registrar registration, Memorandum and Articles, Certificate of Incorporation, appointment of directors and shareholders, and your first year of registered office. We agree the exact figure with you upfront — there are no surprise add-ons later.

Do I need to live in Cyprus to form a company?

No. You can form and own a Cyprus company from anywhere. Many of our clients are non-residents. If you also want to become a Cyprus tax resident and claim non-dom status, that's a separate (and popular) step we handle alongside the company.

What is non-dom status and who qualifies?

Accepted Answer

Cyprus non-domiciled status exempts you from the Special Defence Contribution, meaning 0% tax on dividends and interest for up to 17 years. You generally qualify if you become a Cyprus tax resident and were not domiciled in Cyprus. We review your eligibility before you apply.

What's the difference between the 60-day and 183-day rule?

Under the 183-day rule you're tax resident if you spend more than half the year in Cyprus. The 60-day rule lets you qualify with just 60 days, provided you aren't tax resident elsewhere, you have a tie to Cyprus such as a home and a company, and you don't spend 183+ days in any other country.

Yes. Our annual compliance package covers the annual return, UBO register, company levy and basic secretarial work, so your company stays in good standing without you tracking deadlines.

Who actually does the work?

We do. There's no outsourcing and no 'we'll assign an advisor'. Your matter is handled directly, with an in-house accountant and a Cyprus lawyer engaged on a fixed fee per matter.

Can you get my documents apostilled for use abroad?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We obtain certified copies of your Certificate of Incorporation, Good Standing and director certificates, have them apostilled, and courier them internationally. From €700, including Registrar fees, apostille and courier.
